TECHNICAL PROVISIONS OF TREATMENT
- Please ensure the availability of water and electricity for treatment needs.
- Please move food and drinks to a safe place so that they are not contaminated with odors and liquids from pesticides.
- Please remove and wash or soak all clothes with hot water for about 30-45 minutes before the treatment is carried out.
- Please protect or remove items that you think may be damaged by the pesticide liquid. We are not responsible if any goods are damaged as a result of you not notifying us in writing before we spray the pesticide liquid.
- Items that must remain in the room are mattresses, pillows, bed sheets, mosquito nets, blankets, curtains, sofas and all furniture.
- Please provide workers who can open the bed frame if the bed frame can be disassembled.
- Treatment will cause wetness on mattresses, sofas, pillows, sheets, blankets, and all items in the bedroom.
- Treatment will be carried out for 2 days, please do not be in areas where pesticides will be sprayed.
- Please do not stay in areas that have been treated if the pesticide liquid has not dried and the pesticide smell has not disappeared.
- The bedroom area, mattress, sofa, etc. may still be damp/wet after treatment. Please allow a few days for it to dry.
- Please clean the area where the treatment has been completed when the pesticide liquid has dried and the pesticide smell has disappeared for your safety and comfort.
- Please hire a professional cleaning service to wash, vacuum, and clean the mattress.
- Please soak all fabric items such as bed sheets, blankets, curtains, etc. in hot water for about 30-45 minutes.
- Treatment must be carried out continuously to reduce the bed bug population to its lowest level and disappear completely. We highly recommend that you choose to carry out treatment continuously until the bed bug population is completely eliminated.
- Please do not cancel the previously agreed schedule, we can only accept schedule changes 1×24 hours before the day of treatment. You cannot cancel or postpone or reschedule on condition that the technician has arrived at your place, and if you still want to postpone or reschedule, we will consider the treatment canceled and forfeited.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
- We only do treatment based on the number of visits and the type of treatment stated on the invoice or on the results of the discussion in writing before the treatment is carried out.
- We do not provide refunds in any form.
- We do not accept reduced fees for reducing the type or number of treatments based on your request.
- We can only accept payments via bank transfer.
- Full payment must be made via bank transfer after the first treatment is completed.
