SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE AND AFTER TREATMENT
- Our treatment methods such as liquid spraying and cold fogging contain Cypermethrin. We do not recommend treatment if you have allergies or diseases related to Cypermethrin.
- Please ensure the availability of water taps, water hoses, electricity, and ladders for treatment needs.
- Please protect or remove items that you think may be damaged and contaminated by the pesticide liquid. We are not responsible if any items are damaged or contaminated as a result of you not notifying us in writing before we spray the pesticide liquid.
- Please protect and move food and drink to a safe place to prevent odor and liquid contamination due to pesticides.
- Please stay away from areas where pesticides will be sprayed. It is recommended to leave the house during treatment and return approximately within 2 hours.
- Please do not stay in the treated area if the pesticide liquid has not dried up and the pesticide odor has not disappeared.
- Please clean the treated area when the liquid pesticide has dried and the smell of pesticide has disappeared for your safety and comfort.
TECHNICAL PROVISIONS OF TREATMENT
- We cannot treat pests by just doing one-time treatment. Therefore, there is no guarantee that we can provide in the pest control process. The effective solution to minimize pests that we can provide is through routine treatment every month, treatment should be carried out 2 times to 4 times a month for a minimum of 3 months. We recommend 12 months service as our standard service to effectively control pest populations.
- We highly recommend that you choose to carry out the treatment continuously until the pest population can decrease or disappear for some time. In some cases, you will have to continue with the treatment with a different offer or bill if you find that there is still a large population of pests in your home.
- If you have never previously carried out pest control treatment in your home, we recommend that you choose to carry out the treatment twice, with the second treatment carried out within an interval of 3 days or 1 week from the day the first treatment was completed.
- Treatment may cause insects such as ants and cockroaches to come out or appear in more areas of your house after the first treatment has been completed. This is caused by the effects of pesticides which stimulate ants and cockroaches to come out of their hiding places. Therefore, a second treatment is needed after 3 days or 1 week from the day the first treatment was completed.
- Treatment must be carried out continuously to suppress the pest population to the lowest level or disappear for some time.
- Treatment will at least get results after being carried out for a period of 3 months. If treatment is carried out for less than 3 months, the results obtained may be less than optimal.

WORK SCHEDULE
- Please do not cancel the previously agreed schedule, we can only accept schedule changes 1×24 hours before the day of treatment. You cannot cancel or postpone or reschedule on condition that the technician has arrived at your place, and if you still want to postpone or reschedule, we will consider the treatment canceled and forfeited.
- We cannot do treatment for exterior or outdoor areas when it is raining. Therefore, we will reschedule the treatment on a sunny day or we can do the treatment for the interior or indoor area upon your request.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
- Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. We will confirm the treatment date and time once payment is received.
- We only do treatment based on the number of visits and the type of treatment stated on the invoice or on the results of the discussion in writing before the treatment is carried out.
- We do not provide refunds of any kind.
- We do not accept a reduction in fees for reducing the type or amount of treatment based on your request.
